Linx Services
Linx services include LinxConnect™, a powerful, web-enabled one-number service that streamlines multiple communications tools (voice, wireless, messaging, fax) into a single local or toll-free number. By combining disparate devices into a single number, LinxConnect makes users more reachable and accessible while allowing them to better prioritize important calls and messages. LinxConnect features LinxWeb™, a robust personal communications web portal that allows users to listen to voice messages, view faxes, manage communications, and initiate real-time call connection via the web.
Linx also offers LinxOffice™, a flexible "virtual office phone system," fee-based service that can be customized to meet a company's specific communications requirements. With LinxOffice, businesses enjoy the benefits of a comprehensive office phone system without the hardware and maintenance costs typically associated with a PBX system.
Linx' national network currently includes local points of presence (POPs) in Boston, Los Angeles, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. Linx is expanding its POPs with plans to cover the top thirty major metropolitan areas this year. Linx services can be ordered by calling 888-FOR-LINX or by visiting www.linxcom.com.
