ZEROPLUS.COM PARTNERS WITH LINX COMMUNICATIONS TO BRING UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES CAPABILITIES TO SUBSCRIBERS

ZeroPlus.com Internet Phone Subscribers Receive Free Linx Voicemail and Access to Web-Enabled Unified Communications Solutions

GERMANTOWN, MD and NEWTON, MA - June 5, 2000 - ZeroPlus.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZPLS) - a leader in developing technology that revolutionizes the way consumers and businesses use the Internet to place and receive telephone calls - and Linx Communications, a leading Communications Application Service Provider of unified communications and messaging services, today announced a joint partnership. Under the agreement, ZeroPlus.com and Linx will integrate elements of their networks to offer the benefits and capabilities of Internet Telephony and web-based unified communications to their subscribers.

ZeroPlus.com will offer its subscribers free Linx voice mail and a variety of Linx' enhanced telephony and Web-based unified communications solutions, including one-number, follow-me, and unified messaging services. Linx services will make ZeroPlus.com members more reachable and accessible while allowing them to better prioritize important calls and messages, helping to eliminate the frustration of "telephone tag".

Robert Veschi, President and CEO of ZeroPlus.com, stated, "This agreement with Linx Communications will enable ZeroPlus.com to take a major step in advancing the availability of web-based communications to our customers and to provide them with the most comprehensive communications service available today." Mr. Veschi noted that the company also recently announced a new relationship with Priceline Long Distance, LLC, a subsidiary of Priceline.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCLN). "By integrating Linx Communication's unified messaging solutions, we intend to make it even easier for our members to 'connect'. Plus, having been a Linx customer myself, I have experienced first-hand the convenience and quality of the Linx system." Veschi said, "We are excited to work towards integrating ZeroPlus.com's Internet phone service with our unified communications services so we can offer our respective subscribers expanded and complementary service capabilities," said Joe Gately, president and CEO of Linx. "Unified communications and Internet telephony are two revolutionary and important advances in telecommunications. We think this partnership will allow us to offer a powerful communications solution to a world of businesses and individuals on-the-go."

ZeroPlus.com members will receive free voice mail for their ZeroPlus numbers and get full access to Linx' web-enabled voice mail capabilities, including one-touch call return from within their voicemail account. For more powerful services, ZeroPlus.com members can also select other Linx web-enabled communications services, such as LinxConnectTM, that give on-the-go people complete control over their phone calls, faxes and messages at any time, from any location. As a bridge between the public switched telephone network and the Internet, LinxConnect is a powerful, web-enabled one-number service rings up to three user-defined phone numbers (including a ZeroPlus.com number, mobile, office phone or home phone) and a pager simultaneously on an incoming call and announces the caller. Users choose to take the call, send it to voicemail, or redirect it to another number.

ZeroPlus.com will also work with Linx to integrate into its product offerings the LinxWebTM service, an innovative personal communications web portal that allows users to listen to voice messages, view faxes, and manage communications using any Web browser. With ZeroPlus.com's Internet phone service integrated into the solution, users will be able to reply to messages or place new calls to another PC for free or to a regular phone, anywhere in the world, with significant savings.

Continued Mr. Veschi, "Our agreement with Linx will strengthen ZeroPlus.com's portfolio of offerings for businesses of all sizes as well as add a new revenue-generating opportunity for our company, as we currently intend to charge for these value-added services. In addition, the delivery of unified communication services is a logical way to leverage our business relationship with Broadwing, which owns approximately 18% of the outstanding common shares of ZeroPlus.com."

Both ZeroPlus.com and Linx currently anticipate that their network integration will roll-out in phases beginning in June.

--About ZeroPlus.com--

ZeroPlus.com, Inc. provides Internet telephony services to consumers worldwide, including free PC-to-PC services, and fee-based PC-to-phone, phone-to-PC and phone-to-phone services. The revolutionary aspect of our consumer solution is it that our customers choose a unique Internet phone number that can be identical to their home phone number, except that "0" is the first digit. Therefore, calls made to PCs are dialed almost identically to calls made to traditional telephone numbers. Our consumer members also receive free instant messaging and text chat. We also have developed an e-commerce solution, ZPCommerce, that enables companies to voice-enable their websites. ZeroPlus.com can route calls from customers' PCs to existing call centers entirely over the Internet, thereby drastically reducing e-commerce companies' inbound 800-number service costs.
