Leading E-Commerce Company To Co-Brand Linx Unified Communications Services; Instant Provisioning and Service Delivery To Customers Via Web

Newton, MA - January 4, 2000 - Linx Communications, Inc., a leading Communications Service Provider (CSP), today announced a strategic partnership with TeleGea.com (TeleGea) of Waltham, MA, an innovative e-commerce company focusing on the online delivery of a wide range of communications services. Under the terms of the agreement, TeleGea will co-brand Linx' LinxConnect™ one-number service as subscription-free products that are provisioned and sold to customers directly via its web site (www.TeleGea.com).

TeleGea will co-brand Linx' unified communications services as part of its pioneering suite of online offerings which include long distance, international calling, Internet access, and on-the-road business services. Linx' unified messaging services will be among the newest of its wireless, paging, and mobile Internet access products. All Linx service purchases and transactions are completed instantly and automatically through the TeleGea web site.

TeleGea will offer LinxConnect services as two separate bundled plans:

• $29.95 for 200 free bundled minutes (anywhere within the domestic U.S.)
  
• $49.95 for 400 free bundled minutes (anywhere within the domestic U.S.)
  

Customers can log onto TeleGea.com to extend or change their service plans as needed.
