Setting up a speed dial list offers you 2 advantages. After you enter phone numbers for your most important contacts, you will have the ability to call them simply by pressing a one or two digit code that you assign in your speed dial list. Also, because you record a name for each person on your speed dial list, you will hear a name announcement for those callers, but they do not have to announce themselves. This allows you to offer an added convenience to your important callers (without giving up the ability to screen your calls)!
