Web Interface

Options available from the profile screen include: Availability, Message Paging, Web Passcode, Account Passcode (telephone), Recordings, and Configure Email.

From Availability, you have the following options:

Change your availability
Enable/disable your primary and follow me numbers (Change phone number availability)
Enable/disable call screening (call announcement)

Message Paging allows you to modify the types of messages for which you will be paged, based on your availability.

Web Passcode offers you the option to change the passcode you use to access your Linx account via LinxWeb. The new passcode cannot be more than 10 characters in length.

From the Account Passcode screen, you are able to change the passcode you use to access your Linx account through the telephone interface. This new passcode must be digits only -no less than 4 digits and no more than 11 digits in length.

TIP:
The web passcode is separate and distinct from your telephone passcode (although when your account is provisioned, they are the same).

Recordings enables you to listen to and change your Name Recording, Unavailable Recording, Personal Greeting (Available), and Temporary Greeting.
To change any of the recordings, click where it says "Click here" and the system will call you at your Call Me number - follow the system prompts to change the recording.

On the Configure Email screen, enter a default e-mail address to which you want files and messages sent (you always have the ability to send messages to additional e-mail addresses or to leave that address off your distribution list). You must have an email address configured to forward messages via email.
