If you know that you are going to be away from one of the phones set up in your account (your home phone for example), you may disable that phone number. When someone calls your account, only 2 phones will ring (your work and mobile phones, for example). As soon as you would like to receive calls at that number again, you simply enable the number and calls will ring all 3 of your phone numbers. This feature is especially helpful for those who live with someone who is often home during the day and would be disturbed by multiple calls ringing on the line.
