The personal operator option is helpful for those who would like to direct calls to an assistant when they can not be reached. Simply tell callers to dial 0 to reach your personal operator. Their call will be routed to the phone number that you specify as your personal operator. This does not mean that you won't get your calls! It simply allows your callers to reach a live person if you are not available.
