The Numbers area allows you to define the telephone numbers used for: Primary, Follow-Me, Second Follow-Me, Personal Operator, Fax, Call Me, and Personal Directory.

For each of these numbers, LinxWeb displays your current number, if you have one defined. You are also given the following options:
  • Enter a new number.
  • Have no number defined.
  • Set your number to be one of the numbers in your Speed Dial list.
The Call Me number is the number that LinxWeb uses to contact you when you make or return a call from your Linx account through the LinxWeb interface. In these instances, LinxWeb will - through the Linx platform - initiate a call to your Call Me number. Once you pick up your telephone handset, the system will dial the number you are calling.

From your Personal Directory, you may add, delete and modify numbers in your speed dial list.
