LinxWeb allows you to manage your Linx account using a standard web browser. To access your LinxConnect account via LinxWeb, enter www.linxweb.com into any Internet connected web browser. You will be asked for your Linx phone number. Once you enter your 10-digit Linx phone number, a browser authentication window will appear and you will be required to enter your user name and password. Your user name is your 10-digit Linx phone number; for your password, please use the passcode assigned to you by Customer Support to access your Linx account via the telephone.


Please note: If you change your passcode using the telephone, your passcode for LinxWeb does not change. Changes made to the phone passcode are separate and distinct from changes made to the LinxWeb passcode. Once in your LinxWeb account, you have the option to change your passcode for accessing your account via the web or the telephone.
TIP:
Do you have local and toll free access to your account? Try using the local number as your user name first!

Once you enter the correct user name and passcode, the LinxWeb interface for your Linx account appears. You then have a choice of four areas to manage: Messages, Profile, Calling, and Numbers. You always have the option to go to the Linx corporate site by clicking on Linx Home. You may also go to the customer support section of the Linx site by clicking on Support.
