LinxWeb is an Internet-based interface that allows you to manage your Linx account, place calls, and access messages from any Internet connected PC interface.
LinxWeb offers the ability to:
- Listen to, forward, save, and delete your voice mail messages
- View, print, forward, save, and delete your fax messages
- View and edit your phone numbers (Primary, Follow-Me, Second Follow-Me, Personal Operator, Fax, and Call Me)
- Create and change your recordings*
- Change your availability (including your phone number availability)
- Create and modify your speed dial list
- Change your password (web access) and passcode (telephone access)
- Set your paging options based on your availability
- Place calls (or return calls from voice mail messages)*
*These options require phone access.
To use LinxWeb, your PC must be configured with:
- Software for viewing and printing faxes - To view and print faxes, your PC must have software that can display and print multi-page TIFF (*.tif) graphical images. This software may already be installed in your computer. If not, these programs are readily available on the Internet. Recommended application for viewing tif files in Windows is Wang/Kodak Imaging.*
- Software for playing recordings and greetings - To listen to greetings and recordings, your PC must have software that can play WAVE (*.wav) files. This software may already be installed in your computer. If not, these programs are readily available on the Internet.*
- Sound card - To listen to greetings, recordings, and voice mail messages, your PC must have a sound card installed.

Quick Access
Most browsers support a list of bookmarks or favorite links so you can get to a location quickly. Once you have reached your personal LinxWeb account In Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can select Favorites/Add To Favorites from the menu. If you go to your account via Netscape Navigator, use the Bookmarks/Add Bookmark option. For more detailed information, please refer to your browsers help system.
