  If you decide to allow people to press 8 to reach you for emergencies while you are unavailable, you may require them to enter a caller access code to put their call through. If a caller does put the call through, they will still be asked to state their name and the call will be announced. In order to create a caller access code, press 3 (Personal Options) from the main menu. Then press 2 and follow the prompts.
